I'm Jason, and thank you for visiting my website. Although I have travelled extensively and worked in some amazing places, I am now based in sunny Bournemouth. In recent years, this area has blossomed into an oasis filled with fantastic restaurants, and with Poole Harbour nearby, we are fortunate to have access to fresh fish and seafood, a chef's dream location to live and work!

 

Throughout my 35-year career, I have had the privilege of working alongside some brilliant chefs, you can see more about this in my photo gallery. It has been hard work, and I've learned a great deal, but it's always been enjoyable.

 

I live to eat and work to create wonderful food. This is my passion, and my ethos is to maximize the talent I have while setting high standards for myself.

 

I'm adaptable and versatile, able to integrate easily into any working kitchen and team, which is crucial for freelance work. I pride myself on being professional, smart, consistent, and, most importantly... reliable!

 

As a demonstration chef, I have developed a presentation style that is fun, informative, and engaging. I truly enjoy this aspect of my work.
